If my bust and hips are two sizes apart, how do I cut the fabric to accommodate for that?
use the bust size for the top half of the garment: the neck, hood, sleeves and the Front & back from the under arm up. Gradually increase or decrease the size for your hips to the measured size. If you go to my website there is a PDF of a powerpoint presentation. It is illustrated there.
